Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MassDeals. By accessing or using our website (www.massdeals.in), you (the "User") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including all policies referenced herein such as our Privacy Policy, Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Nature of Products on MassDeals.in

1.1 All products sold on MassDeals.in are liquidation products, procured through authorized and legally compliant liquidation channels including excess stock, customer returns, shelf pulls, unsold/residual inventory, brand overstock, store closures, and vendor-rejected stock from various brands and resellers.

1.2 These products are offered at heavy discounts and are not covered by any brand warranty or after-sales support.

1.3 You understand and agree:

• That products may have minor or major cosmetic defects, outdated packaging, old season labels, missing accessories, or box damage.

• That these products are sold "AS-IS" and under no circumstance should be expected to meet brand-new standards.

• That your purchase is based on full awareness that MassDeals.in is a liquidation outlet and not an authorized brand reseller.

1.4 Brand names, logos, or identifiers used on the site are for identification and descriptive purposes only. MassDeals does not claim association, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement from any third-party brand unless explicitly stated.

1.5 We explicitly state that we do not intend to infringe any intellectual property, and brand owners may contact us in case of any genuine concern at support@massdeals.in.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

2.1 By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or are using the Services under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2.2 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2.3 MassDeals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

3. Pricing & Product Descriptions

3.1 All prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In case of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

3.3 Orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock errors or limitations.

4. Billing and Account Accuracy

4.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information.

4.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

 

5. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

All orders and transactions on MassDeals are governed by our detailed Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy, available at:

Key highlights include:

 

• No exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

• Refunds are subject to approval and issued only after successful inspection of the returned product at our facility.

• Reverse pickup charges apply: ₹199 for the first item and ₹99 for each additional item returned.

• An additional ₹99 COD fee will be deducted for Cash on Delivery orders.

• Cash refunds (for COD orders) may take up to 6 months to process.

• Products must be returned in unused condition, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

• Returns will be rejected if tags are broken, products are used, or packaging/accessories are missing.

• Products bought during sale events or using discount coupons may be marked non-returnable, and such items are not eligible for return.

 

6. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

6.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MassDeals or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

6.2 Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MassDeals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
