EXCHANGE POLICY AGREEMENT

 


Effective Date: September 1, 2025


This Exchange Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is issued by Magikal Online Services Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Massdeals (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).


By purchasing any product from Massdeals, the customer (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

 


 

 

1. Our Commitment

At Massdeals, we believe exchanges are the fairest and fastest way to resolve issues while ensuring our customers always receive a product they can enjoy.

 

  • ❌ We do not accept returns or provide cash refunds.

  • ✅ Instead, we proudly offer a hassle-free exchange system for all eligible orders.

  • ✅ In case of wrong or defective products, we provide FREE exchange without charging any pickup or processing fees.

 

 


 

 

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are permitted when:

 

  • The new product is of the same value or higher value.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The exchange request is raised within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery.

Exchanges cannot be processed if:

  • The request is for a product of lesser value.

  • Tags or packaging are missing or tampered.

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • The request is raised after the 7-day exchange window.

 

 


 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, you will get a free exchange — we will not charge you any exchange fee or pickup cost.

  • To raise a request, you must initiate the process through our official Exchange Request Page on our website.

  • Customers are required to provide:

     

    • A mandatory unboxing video (continuous recording, no edits).

    • Clear photographs of the issue.

     

  • Once your request is submitted and verified, our team will arrange the exchange at no cost to you.

 

 


 

 

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

 

  • Innerwear & lingerie

  • Socks

  • Cosmetics & personal care items

  • Hygiene products

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products marked as “Non-Exchangeable” at the time of sale

 

 


 

 

5. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Visit our official Exchange Request Page on the website.

  2. Provide order details and upload the required proof (video & photos).

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the process.

 


⚠️ Please note: Requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, or unofficial channels will not be accepted.

 


 

 

6. Inspection & Quality Check

  • Every exchanged item undergoes a strict inspection at our warehouse.

  • If the product passes inspection, your exchange will be processed promptly.

  • If the product does not meet exchange conditions, the request may be cancelled and the product returned to you.

 

 


 

 

7. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

We aim to keep the process fair. In rare cases of fraudulent claims or repeated misuse, Massdeals reserves the right to decline exchanges, suspend accounts, or take legal action.

 


 

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

 


 

 

9. Amendments

Massdeals reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at its discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of our platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
