SHIPPING POLICY AGREEMENT
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes how Magikal Online Services Private Limited, operating under the brand name Massdeals.in (“Massdeals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), handles the shipping and delivery of products purchased on www.massdeals.in (the “Platform”).
By placing an order on the Platform, you (“you”, “your”, “User”, or “Customer”) agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Policy, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
1.1 We currently ship across serviceable pin codes in India through our logistics partners.
1.2 In the event your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted via email/phone to change the shipping address.
2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
2.1 Orders are typically processed within 2–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
2.2 Estimated delivery timelines range between 5–30 business days, depending on your location, courier service availability, and other logistical conditions.
🚚 Note: Some orders may take longer due to regional limitations, remote locations, third-party courier delays, high order volumes, or special promotions.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
3.1 Shipping is free above 3000Rs. However, in some cases (e.g., low order value or remote delivery zones), shipping charges may apply.
3.2 Any such charges will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.
4. ORDER TRACKING
4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details and a link to monitor the status.
4.2 In case you do not receive tracking information within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at office@massdeals.in.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & NON-DELIVERY
5.1 Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the order may be marked as undeliverable.
5.2 In such cases:
• The package may be returned to origin.
• Re-shipping charges may be levied.
• Massdeals reserves the right to cancel such orders without refund or deduct courier charges & refund the balance amount.
6. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
6.1 If the outer package appears damaged, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately with photographic proof at office@massdeals.in.
6.2 If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery along with a video of unboxing to qualify for exchange. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
7. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
7.1 Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate consignments depending on stock locations and availability.
7.2 Each shipment will have its own tracking details.
8. DELAYS
8.1 While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
• Courier partner issues
• Weather conditions
• Law & order situations
• Pandemics or lockdowns
• Technical/system errors
8.2 Massdeals shall not be liable for any compensation, penalty, or damages for delay in delivery. You agree to cooperate in such events.
9. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
9.1 Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery and full payment.
9.2 Once delivered, Massdeals is not liable for theft, damage, or loss from your premises.
10. MODIFICATIONS
10.1 Massdeals reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
