Returns — what it costs and when it is free
All products are 100% genuine and authenticity-guaranteed. You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return. One flat Rs. 299 is deducted per pair to cover collecting it and putting it back into sellable condition — there is no separate courier or logistics charge on top of that. Pairs priced under Rs. 299 are sold final sale and cannot be returned, because sending one back costs more than the pair is worth. Wrong, damaged or defective item? That is on us — report it within 7 days with clear photos and an unboxing video and we cover it in full, with no deduction. Read our Returns Policy.

Is this genuine — and how do you know?
Yes. Every pair is original branded surplus — overstock, stock-lot and liquidation inventory. We never sell fake, first-copy, replica or used products.
Before dispatch each pair is checked against its brand labels, MRP tag, article code, barcode, finish, size marking and packaging wherever available — and every eligible order ships with a GST invoice from MassDeals as proof of a genuine purchase.
Why is the price lower than retail?
The product comes from surplus, overstock, season-end or stock-lot inventory. These are limited-quantity deals and may not have full-size availability like regular retail stores.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Eligible purchases come with a GST invoice from MassDeals as proper purchase proof.
Will it come in the original box?
Wherever available, products ship with original brand box/packaging. Box condition may vary as these are surplus/stock-lot — minor marks, stickers or dents don’t mean the product is fake.
When is it dispatched & how long is delivery?
Most orders dispatch within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on location and courier serviceability. Tracking is shared once dispatched.
Is COD available?
COD depends on your pincode, order value and courier serviceability. If available for your location, you’ll see it at checkout. Any COD charges are shown before order confirmation.
What if I get the wrong product/size or a defect?
Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. If the pair is wrong, damaged or defective that is on us and we cover it in full, with nothing deducted. If you simply changed your mind or the size is wrong, a flat ₹299 per pair is deducted. For eligible pasting/sole-separation issues, limited support is available up to 60 days.
Why do you ask for an unboxing video?
It helps verify transit damage, wrong item, missing item or visible product issues quickly and fairly.
