What if I get the wrong product/size or a defect?
Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Eligible cases are handled via exchange, credit note or support as per MassDeals policy. We follow a no-cash-refund policy. For eligible pasting/sole-separation issues, limited support is available up to 60 days.
