When the parcel reaches you, please start an unboxing video before you open it. It is what we need if anything inside is damaged or broken.

Cash on delivery is part-paid: ₹249 online at checkout, the rest in cash at the door. The ₹249 comes off what you owe and nothing is added on top. If you do not accept the parcel it is not refunded, because the courier cost in both directions is already spent. You get it back in full if you cancel before dispatch, or if the order fails at our end or the courier's.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a parcel runs late, what we can do is raise a formal escalation with the courier and share the reference with you. We cannot make the courier move faster, and we would rather say so than promise you a date we do not control. If you no longer want a delayed parcel, refuse it at the door or tell us and we will ask the courier to send it back. Once it is marked RTO, you are refunded in full with nothing deducted.

Damaged or broken on arrival? You get the whole amount back — nothing deducted, and your return courier reimbursed. Report it within 7 days of delivery.

Your unboxing video is what settles that claim. Please film one unbroken video from the sealed parcel to the pair fully unwrapped. We are not able to guarantee a claim without it, so do start recording before you open the parcel.

Changed your mind or the size was wrong? Rs. 299 per pair is deducted if we collect the pair, or Rs. 99 if you courier it back yourself — you are already paying your own courier in that case, so this covers processing only. Nothing else is added either way.

We will try to arrange a pickup; where we cannot, the pair comes back to our warehouse by a courier of your choice. Please pack it well and write your order number on the parcel.

Any guarantee or warranty claim comes to us, not to the brand. MassDeals sells this pair, and MassDeals is responsible for it. Your purchase is from MAGIKAL ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD, trading as MassDeals. The brand is not the seller here and carries no responsibility for this purchase, so brand warranty, brand guarantees and brand service centres do not apply to it. Every guarantee or warranty claim comes to us, and we settle it ourselves at our own cost.

What that means in practice: 7 days from delivery to return a pair; the whole amount back, with nothing deducted, if it reaches you damaged or broken; and sole or pasting failure repaired up to Rs 350 per pair for 60 days from delivery.
